I Can't Seem to Speak Without My Voice Breaking

Sad today, I can hear the stories told to me growing up from my Parents and Grandparents. How angry I felt at the injustice, having to grow up in this society that denied their own history. So Moose Mountain Native Pride was created, our On-Air Language program was created.. OUR MUSIC TO DANCE TO, OUR LANGUAGE THAT WAS FORBIDDEN WAS BEING TAUGHT ON-AIR. Reverberating through the airwaves..TURN IT UP LOUD..BE PROUD of who we are..OUR ANCESTORS AND SURVIVORS suffered hard days, WE ARE HERE TODAY..TURN THE MUSIC UP LOUD AND LEARN YOUR LANGUAGE even just enough to say HELLO CREATOR, GRANDFATHER'S, GRANDMOTHER'S, THANK YOU FOR THIS DAY!
